Have you been thinking about moving to Grande Prairie but want a little more land and just a “nicer community”. Whispering Ridge is an easy sell for me. I have bought here, sold here, and bought again, because I love the community.
Right now the market is supporting buyers and that’s city wide in Grande Prairie. If you look at the market as a whole only 1 property sold over $500,000 in Grande Prairie. Now, just outside the city is Whispering Ridge. You still have a city address but pay county taxes and you still have city services like skip the dishes and pizza deliveries.
