“When would be a good time?”

It’s a simple question, but when you’re buying or selling a home, the answer can be different for everyone.

Maybe you’re ready to move today.

Maybe you’re thinking about moving six months from now.

Or maybe you’re just starting to wonder what your options look like.

There doesn’t have to be a perfect time to start the conversation.

When You Need Someone to Talk To

I believe being available is an important part of being a Realtor.

For the most part, I’m available when my clients need me.

That could mean a quick phone call because you have a question.

It could mean reviewing homes together and talking through what you like—and what you don’t.

It could mean making time for a showing when the right property comes up.

It could mean sitting down to review your home’s value and discuss what a potential move could look like.

And, of course, when it’s time to actually move, I’ll be there to help coordinate the process and keep things moving forward.

Your Schedule Matters

Real estate doesn’t always happen conveniently between 9 and 5.

Homes come on the market. Opportunities appear. Questions come up. Decisions sometimes need to be made quickly.

That’s why I try to make myself accessible to my clients and work around their needs and schedules whenever possible.

After more than 20 years in Grande Prairie real estate, I’ve learned that being a good Realtor isn’t just about knowing the market.

It’s also about being there when your clients need you.

So whether you’re ready to make a move or you’re simply curious about what’s possible, don’t worry about finding the perfect time.

Pick up the phone. Let’s talk.

Maybe today isn’t the day you move.

But it could be the day you start figuring out when that day should be.
