Normally I go door to door and hand out flyers when I receive a new listing… sometimes its a little cold out for that and we know the sellers wouldn’t appreciate that.
Most of my signs hold flyer boxes for a potential buyer’s convenience. This will give more information to a buyer who is potentially looking to buy. Sometimes I even go door to door to try and see if maybe the neighbors know someone who wants to move to the area or are looking to sell themselves. Obviously this clip is a bit of a spoof but I had fun doing it.
